he area between the Black Forest and Alsace is ideally situated to supply, fresh products daily, for use in our kitchens. These ingredients are all locally grown in the Ortenau region. The chef Karl-Heinz Lott, who trained in famous restaurants in France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy, and his team, will prepare typical dishes for you with modern influences from the Baden region. Menu

W e stock exquisite wines from Baden in our wine cellars, which are waiting to be sampled by you. For many generations we have produced fine spirits in our own distillery. For example, one such is the famous “Schwarzwälder Kirschwasser”. Wine list
