General information

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the purchase of vouchers. The contracting party is Gasthaus Engel, owner Karl-Heinz Lott, Dorfstraße 43, 77767 Appenweier-Nesselried (hereinafter referred to as "we").

Voucher order:

After completing your order, you will receive an invoice for your voucher from us. With a successful online payment on our website, the voucher can be redeemed immediately upon receipt of the payment receipt. When purchasing on account, your ordered voucher will be available for redemption from the time the payment is received. If no payment has been made for a purchase on account, we will remind you by email. After receiving this reminder email without payment, the voucher will be cancelled free of charge after 8 days. It can then no longer be redeemed!

Cancellation:

There are no costs/charges for cancelling your voucher order before payment has been received. In the event of an already made payment and partial/full redemption, a cancellation is not possible as the expected service has already been provided by us.

Gift voucher

Your value voucher is generally redeemable without a time limit. Unless a validity period is explicitly noted on the voucher. For discount/bonus special promotions, the validity of the discount applies for the stated period. Afterwards, the printed voucher value can be redeemed.

Arrangement / service voucher:

Arrangement and service vouchers can be redeemed with the stated services and conditions 12 months after issuance. Should the price for this service have changed with us after this time, the service can be redeemed for the difference or you can use the value of the voucher for other services in the house. If you prefer a different arrangement, you are welcome to use the value of the voucher for it instead. A cash refund is not possible.

Event / function voucher:

Event/function vouchers are only valid for the date stated on the voucher. These are not transferable or adaptable and lose their validity and value after the event. In the case of a government-ordered closure, we will offer a replacement date or refund the amount paid.

Gift voucher loss:

We are happy to look up your voucher so you can redeem it. Vouchers cannot be replaced if the original is lost! Vouchers can be redeemed in partial amounts, a cash payout is not possible. The voucher must be presented for redemption.

Parking

Free parking in one of our parking areas at your own risk. Please note that we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred.

Dogs/pets in the hotel:

We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in our hotel rooms.

Dogs/pets in the restaurant:

Dogs are allowed in the restaurant. Please notify us when reserving a table if a dog will be joining you.

Right of withdrawal/information:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods - in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the last goods. by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
